Opportunity

The Department of International Business, Marketing, Strategy & Law in the School of Business invites applications for an entry-level, full-time, tenure-track appointment in Marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing 1st of July 2026, subject to final budgetary approval.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the department’s focus on helping our students develop the practical skills needed to start their career or continue their studies in their chosen field. You will help students build a strong foundation of critical, analytical, and strategic business skills through work-integrated learning, undergraduate research projects, and assignments that encourage creative and strategic thinking and strong communication.

You will teach undergraduate courses in the Marketing major, minor, and honours program in the Bachelor of Commerce Degree. You will also conduct and disseminate research in a relevant field and provide service within the University.

You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in a relevant area of expertise and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.

You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, and sample of scholarly work.
