Senior Architectural CoordinatorOur client is seeking a skilled and detail‑focused Senior Architectural Coordinator to support the successful delivery of modular residential construction projects. This role ensures seamless coordination between modular units and site‑built components, oversees accurate technical documentation, and works closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to support high‑quality project execution.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Lead the development of site‑specific architectural drawings and coordinate inputs from civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical consultantsConsolidate consultant information into complete, conflict‑free drawing packagesReview and confirm alignment between modular units and site‑constructed features such as foundations, utilities, and structural interfacesVerify that site services match factory‑installed systems and maintain strict tolerances to avoid installation issuesCollaborate with design teams to ensure the intended look, feel, and function of the project are carried through the technical development processWork closely with engineering teams to ensure documents are accurate, coordinated, and constructibleManage drawing updates during development and permitting stages, respond to municipal inquiries, and support timely approvalsIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in drafting standards and recommend improvements that enhance clarity for both site teams and factory operationsProvide on‑site support, communicate effectively with trades and contractors, and adjust drawings as site conditions evolveYour strengths include:5+ years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with modular, prefab, or industrialized constructionEducation in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination considered an assetConfidence working on construction sites and communicating directly with tradesSolid understanding of residential building codes and permitting requirementsStrong attention to detail, especially in how systems and materials connectAbility to clearly translate design concepts into practical technical solutions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
