Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide a remarkable customer service experience for our clients
• Respond to customer inquiries around coverages, policy reviews, claims and billing
• Support & contribute to Agency's multi-line goals and growth

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain a General Level 1 License and LLQP License (fees fully reimbursable by Agency)
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Fluent in a second language would be an asset
