About the Role

As our Part-Time Social Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating, capturing, and editing engaging, social-first content across Spence Diamonds’ digital platforms. This role is hands-on and executional — perfect for someone who lives on Tik Tok Instagram and You Tube, understands trends in real time, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to support campaign launches, product drops, and always-on brand storytelling.

This is a part-time, hourly position ideal for a nimble creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and create short-form video and static content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• Capture content in-store, in-studio, and occasionally at events (product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments)
• Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platform
• Stay on top of social trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments — and pitch reactive ideas quickly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives
• Maintain consistent content production aligned with posting schedules
• Bring Spence Diamonds’ voice to life: bold, romantic, witty, and confident

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience creating social media content (brand, freelance, or creator background)
• Strong hands-on video creation and editing skills (mobile-first is key)
• Proficiency with tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Deep understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok best practices, and You Tube Shorts is preferred
• Strong creative instincts for hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Comfortable filming in retail environments and being the on-camera talent
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a part-time structure

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brands
• On-camera confidence
• Basic photography skills
• Familiarity with social analytics and performance insights

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30–$35 per hour. Pay ranges are established based on work location and market standards for the applicable position. The successful candidates starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
