Videographer and Social Media Content Developer

Job Description: Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for visual storytelling and social media? Premium Experiences Whistler is looking for a Junior Videographer and Social Media Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in capturing and promoting the beauty and excitement of Whistler through engaging video content and social media strategies.

• Create high-quality video content, including promotional videos, event highlights, and customer testimonials.
• Film and edit video footage to showcase our premium experiences and the natural beauty of Whistler.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase engagement and reach on platforms such as Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist in the organization and archiving of video assets.

• Strong videography and video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Proficiency with camera equipment and an understanding of composition and lighting.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in developing content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms.
• Creativity and an eye for detail to create visually appealing content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for Whistler and the ability to capture the essence of the destination.
• Experience with drone photography and videography is a plus.
• Knowledge of outdoor and adventure activities in Whistler is beneficial.
