Durabuilt Commercial Solutions is a rapidly growing commercial glazing contractor specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality glazing systems.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Commercial Glazing) to join our team and help deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.
Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial glazing projects from contract award through to close-out.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of glazing systems, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations in an active construction environment.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in commercial glazing, including curtain wall, storefront, and entrance systems, and will be comfortable coordinating between fabrication, site crews, suppliers, consultants, and general contractors.
Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from start to finish Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope of work Coordinate fabrication schedules, material orders, and site deliveries Liaise with general contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams Track project budgets, labour, change orders, and costs Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Manage deficiencies, close-out documentation, and project turnover What We’re Looking For 3+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing (required) Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and entrance systems Experience coordinating fabrication and glazing installation crews Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Why Durabuilt Work on meaningful, high-profile commercial projects Join a focused, experienced glazing team Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term growth opportunities within a growing company
