Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is a large scale commercial landscape construction and maintenance company specializing in high end landscape installation and civil earthworks projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman to join our growing team for the exciting 2025/2026 season.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial landscape construction and earthworks, is an experienced and dependable leader, and is committed to team growth and success. As a Construction Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of commercial landscape and earthworks construction projects, including the supervision and training of field staff and heavy equipment operators, oversight of subcontractors, and ensuring all work performed adheres to client scope and site specifications while maintaining project budgets and timelines.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction/Earthworks Foreman
• Experience with heavy equipment operation including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in horticulture considered an asset

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
