Construction Estimator

We are a locally owned and operated construction company specializing in the design and construction of garages and garden suites.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator with a background in home building to join our team and play a key role in the success of our projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum1+ year of experience in home building companies
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings to assess project scope, complexity, and build requirements
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential garage and garden suite projects
Track and manage all estimate documentation, including revisions and cost breakdowns
Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to align estimates with client expectations and timelines
Adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle as designs and scope evolve
Generate project progress and cost tracking reports
Nice to Have:
Ability to create or interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with local permitting processes and building code requirements

Experience with estimating software and project management tools (Asana)
