Position Overview:

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate andpetitive cost estimates formercial construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure bids areplete, timely, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates formercial projects, including new builds, tenant improvements, and renovations

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope of work

Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes

Coordinate bid submissions and ensurepliance with deadlines and requirements

Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and execution

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of estimating experience inmercial construction

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building processes

Proficient in estimating software

Excellent organizational andmunication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
