Project CoordinatorOur client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of land development projects. This role is responsible for supporting project managers by coordinating tasks, monitoring schedules, handling documentation, preparing analyses, and ensuring
effective communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong
analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Assist project managers in coordinating all aspects of development and construction projectsContribute to planning activities, budgeting support, and schedule trackingPrepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and written summaries of project data and insightsConduct research and compile market information into structured reportsSupport communication between consultants, contractors, internal teams, and other project stakeholdersTrack project information requests, manage timelines, and help ensure deadlines are metPrepare, review, and maintain project contracts, records, and documentationIdentify and communicate potential project risks or challenges and recommend solutionsSupport project delivery activities including invoice coordination, marketing information, and builder communicationsParticipate in various additional responsibilities as needed within a high‑functioning, small teamYour strengths include:A degree or diploma in Planning, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in land development or similar project support rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe toolsFamiliarity with data analysis, statistics, or database management is an assetStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamworkExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingAbility to manage multiple high‑priority tasks and meet deadlinesA valid driver's license and ability to attend field or project site visits
