Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of land development projects. This role is responsible for supporting project managers by coordinating tasks, monitoring schedules, handling documentation, preparing analyses, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Assist project managers in coordinating all aspects of development and construction projects
  • Contribute to planning activities, budgeting support, and schedule tracking
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and written summaries of project data and insights
  • Conduct research and compile market information into structured reports
  • Support communication between consultants, contractors, internal teams, and other project stakeholders
  • Track project information requests, manage timelines, and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare, review, and maintain project contracts, records, and documentation
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks or challenges and recommend solutions
  • Support project delivery activities including invoice coordination, marketing information, and builder communications
  • Participate in various additional responsibilities as needed within a high‑functioning, small team
  • Your strengths include:
  • A degree or diploma in Planning, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in land development or similar project support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, or database management is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks and meet deadlines
  • A valid driver's license and ability to attend field or project site visits
