Position: Surety Broker NEW
Pathfind has partnered with a globally recognized insurance brokerage to recruit a Surety Broker.
Ensure that bonds are completed accurately and efficientlyGather the necessary information to generate bid bonds, final bonds, and reference lettersLiaise with the surety companies requesting bond approvalsParticipate in presentations to clients on how bonds will help their organization’s successWork as a part of a team to generate and follow up on leads from other departmentsMonitor annual and quarterly monitoring as required by Surety companiesManage annual bid bond service feesAct as the first point of contact for each of the assigned accountsManage and oversee commercial bondsSpecific Requirements:
Must have a Level 2 Insurance License5+ years of surety/bonding experienceStrong understanding of financial statementsAbility to work well in a team environmentProven ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships with key business partners and clientsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and EPIC would be an assetStrong ability to multitask and meet deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsSalary of $85,000
