The

successful candidate will develop and manage centralized content libraries and AI-powered knowledge management systems for TELUS Health’s North American Retirement and Benefit Solutions (RBS) proposal operations—leveraging generative AI platforms and content governance best practices—enabling bid teams to respond to RFPs with greater speed, consistency, and quality. The objective is to streamline the proposal development process through reusable, optimized content assets and intelligent automation, allowing the Sales and Customer Success team to focus their expertise on strategy and client engagement, ultimately increasing the number of high-quality proposals we can successfully deliver simultaneously.

Our team and what we'll accomplish together

The RFP Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing proposal content libraries and knowledge management systems to support the bid process. This role works with Subject Matter Experts and other teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in proposal responses across TELUS Health’s Retirement and Benefit Solutions organization.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain a centralized content library of proposal responses, frequently used exhibit items, case studies, capability statements, boilerplate content, and marketing materials

Create and enforce content governance standards, templates, and style guides for all proposal materials

Optimize project and intake settings, including management of custom fields, preferences, and templates.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling, accurate, and reusable content for common RFP requirements

Manage the content lifecycle, setting priorities, mapping content to user or business needs, establishing regular reviews, updates, and archiving of outdated materials

Support bid teams by providing relevant, tailored content and ensuring brand consistency across all proposals

Analyze RFP trends and frequently requested information to proactively develop content assets

Utilize generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Fueli

X) for content creation, editing, optimization, research, and competitive analysis

Establish procedures to use AI features within content library to streamline content creation, automate response delivery, and enhance team productivity

Assist in the building and maintenance of an AI-powered content ecosystem (training the system, refining outputs, and ensuring responses reflect brand voice and compliance)

Implement quality control processes for AI-assisted content

Measure and report on AI-driven efficiency gains and ROI

Implement and manage content management systems and tools to streamline proposal development

Facilitate, train, and support bid teams on content best practices and system usage

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is strongly preferred

3+ years of experience in content management or knowledge management, specifically in RFP/proposal environments, preferably in B2B or professional services

Experience with content management systems, proposal automation tools, and collaboration platforms

Experience using generative AI tools for content development and optimization, including establishing quality assurance processes and tracking performance metrics to demonstrate ROI

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content development projects simultaneously
