Key Responsibilities Operations & Financial Planning- Plan and forecast operational needs (manpower, inventory, equipment).
- Prepare and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Monitor cost control and optimize operational efficiency.
- Support outlet operations to ensure smooth daily performance.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Support the operations team with performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Develop new beverage recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Conduct product testing and cost analysis.
- Standardize recipes and preparation procedures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, F&B Management, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations, finance, or product development (preferred).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Excel or other reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with passion for beverage innovation.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
