Our valued client is hiring a Senior Project Control Officer to manage project financials and to support PMO deliverables and change requests on a supply chain project
.
Background:
The supply chain project requires an architectural and operating model decision for deploying a software across multiple instances of the SAP instance. This deployment will support the Materiel Management stream by enabling effective integration and operational alignment within the existing enterprise environment.
Tasks:
:
Monitor budgets, track planned vs. actual expenditures, forecast costs, analyze variances, support accruals, and validate invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
Maintain integrated schedules,
track milestones and deliverables
, manage RAID logs, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and governance compliance.
Prepare status reports and executive dashboards, coordinate stage gate documentation, manage change requests including impact assessments and tracking, and maintain version control of key project artifacts.
Facilitate resource onboarding and offboarding, coordinate system and security access requests, track clearances, maintain resource allocation plans, and support utilization reporting.
