Business Analyst, HROur public or broader public sector client is seeking a Business Analyst, HR for a temporary or interim assignment. This hands‑on role supports HR transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process improvement projects within a dynamic environment.
You will support projects from initiation through implementation by gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, analyzing data, and coordinating testing activities (including UAT). Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you will help ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and successfully adopted by end users.
Key Responsibilities- Support project planning, scope definition, and implementation activities
- Gather and document business requirements and process maps
- Analyze workflows, data, and system needs to inform solution design
- Coordinate and participate in system testing, UAT, and data validation
- Develop documentation and support training and change management activities
- Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis and/or HR project delivery
- Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional projects
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Service Now, or similar systems)
- Experience supporting system implementation, testing, and data validation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
