Other duties will include:
A focus on front counter customer service and sales utilizing your previous automotive parts/service and wheel/tire experienceSharing product knowledge and technical expertise with Midas Tire & Auto customers to build existing and new businessProviding service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow upRecommending tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customersSupervise and motivate team members to ensure maximum productivityEnsure all safety policies and procedures are followedDo you have what it takes?1-3 years of sales experience in the automotive industryPrevious experience as an assistant manager, service writer or service managerStrong computer skillsAbility to set goals and achieve resultsAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver's abstractProven ability to provide a superior customer experienceExceptional communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationshipsOrganizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demandsCompensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
