Our client is looking for a detail-oriented LMS Administrator for a contract position based in Acheson, Alberta. The role supports training operations and e-learning initiatives while ensuring accurate data management and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume training inbox, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.

Administer training enrollments, course resets, and licensing/software requests with accuracy.

Review prerequisites and mandatory requirements for technical training enrollments.

Respond to inquiries professionally while resolving enrollment issues.

Assess and research service tool or license requests before approval.

Maintain the technical training calendar and update records in SharePoint.

Coordinate course schedules with instructors and provide administrative support.

Perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Deliver customer-focused solutions and support e-learning content within the LMS.
