Introduction
We are looking to employ an Operations Administrator at our Port Elizabeth branch.
Duties & Responsibilities- Capturing of waybills, completing manifests, generating driver trip-sheets and other similar administrative roles.
- Willing to work after hours.
- Scanning of PODs.
- Following up with drivers on deliveries.
- Dealing with client queries.
- Monitoring and capturing staff overtime and leave administration.
- Petty Cash Reconciliation.
Standard working hours are 8am – 5pm; however, after hours work will be required.
Desired Experience & Qualification- Minimum of a matric certificate.
- Break Bulk Logistics industry experience will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work long hours and on some weekends if needed.
- Own vehicle.
- Must be driven, ambitious, and eager to build a career within the logistics industry.
Market related - depending on experience.
