Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to business operations

  • Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and record management

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational arrangements

  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and external partners under the guidance of management via email and phone

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational summaries

  • Support basic HR administration, payroll coordination, and invoicing tasks

  • Assist management with ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or multi-function environment is an advantage
