Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to business operations
Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and record management
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational arrangements
Liaise with customers, vendors, and external partners under the guidance of management via email and phone
Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational summaries
Support basic HR administration, payroll coordination, and invoicing tasks
Assist management with ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a fast-paced or multi-function environment is an advantage
