Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will play a key part in employee onboarding, front desk reception, and providing general administrative support as required. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setupAct as front-line reception, greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emailsMaintain accurate employee and personnel recordsAssist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document managementProvide administrative support to HR, management, and project teams as requiredEnsure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive informationQualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional demeanor with strong attention to detailPreferred Assets
Experience with employee onboarding or HR administrationExperience in construction, industrial, or project-based environmentsBasic knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirementsWork Environment
