Job Description
CEDA is looking for a temporary Training Administrator based out of our Edmonton office to join our team for a February to May
term to help support our 2026 Turnaround season!

Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are a part of the team that helps onboard our new employees! You will help organize and schedule new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for all of our new hires.With a focus on accuracy and data integrity, you will be in charge of record-keeping tasks such as entering our training and orientation records for all our new hiresAs the go to person for new hire inquiries, you will assist with orientation questions, track HSE training and guide new team members through all the onboarding stepsAnything else that comes your way, you will be ready to tackle all kinds of administrative duties! Priority being keeping the team on track and moving forward.All other administrative duties as requiredRole Specifications:
1-2 years administration experience if preferredBasic Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability and attitude to pick up new systemsA minimum grade 12 education is preferred; consideration given to candidates with alternative educational qualifications or degreesPersonal Characteristics
Ability to demonstrate a personal commitment to their work!The fast pace of work combined with each day being unique keeps you plugged into the rhythm of the businessYou have well-honed organizational and time management skills and the ability to be flexible to changing and sometimes short-lead time needs of the organizationAbility to work effectively with a variety of administrative and operations personnel from different locations and parts of the organizationAdditional Information
