We are seeking an Administrative Student, for our Resources Yard & Repair Facility located in Nisku, Alberta, that is available for 8 months starting in May 2026. As an Administrative Student, you will contribute to our team by:

• Inputs data into the equipment system and ensures data integrity.
• Maintains electronic and hard-copy files for assets.
• Develops and maintains a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
• Creates and maintains templates for forms, letters, tracking spreadsheets, etc.
• Willing and able to work in and adapt to change.
• Demonstrates strong computer efficiency by providing accurate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint support through composing and/or editing a variety of documents.
• Develops and maintains strong, customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
• Values and models the solution provider profitability culture.
• Other duties as required.

• Proficient on the computer and have basic skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
