Duties & Responsibilities:
Advise clients with solution-focused recommendations
Lead and execute client engagements, including: Planning
Timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting for various clients
Performance of financial statement audit tests and preparation of audit working papers
Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
Review small to medium engagements
Manage current client relationships
Represent PAND at networking and industry events to foster new business development
Gain a basic understanding of our clients' businesses and learn their best practices

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Must-Have
Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience at another CPA firm in Canada (excluding sole proprietorship or self-employment)
Current work experience at a CPA firm in Canada
4+ years of experience with private enterprises, including compilations, reviews, NTRs, audit engagements, and tax returns (T1s and T2s)
Experience working with privately held companies, owner-managed/family-operated businesses, and NPOs
Ability to work 5 days on-site in Edmonton
