Preparing and submitting billing adjustments
Reaching out to customers via email and phone for collections
Sending invoices and statements
Setting up Monthly Cash Collection in Cyber Source
Processing payments
Preparing and submitting Billing Adjustments
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
Previous experience in Customer Service
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Must be local to Edmonton, and legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
