What You’ll Do

Accounts Receivable

Process customer payments and keep account information current

Set up and maintain accurate customer profiles

Investigate and resolve billing questions with professionalism and clarity

Prepare and send invoices and customer statements

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts

Accounts Payable

Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy

Review invoices for completeness and compliance with company guidelines

General Accounting Support

Support month end and year end closing activities

Maintain financial records

Assist the team with additional tasks or coverage when needed
