Location: Nisku

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join their team on a contract basis in the Edmonton area. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations in a small, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Handle data entry and customer invoicing (~60/month)
  • Generate purchase orders and maintain documentation
  • Identify and resolve AP discrepancies
  • Use Net Suite and Quick Books for daily accounting tasks
  • Assist with reporting and compliance requirements
