Job Responsibilities
- Labels, assembles and checks invoices for outgoing central kitchen orders
- Production duties including, but not limited to portioning and packaging product, assembling pizzas and pucking cookies
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Follows department merchandising standards and procedures
- Provides excellent, professional customer service when needed
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment
- Ability to work independently and be accountable to the commissary team
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurement and packaging functions
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Additional $1.25 Night Differential when applicable.

- Vacation Accrual – 0.06 hours per hour worked
- Sick Accrual –Outside of Seattle Stores: 0.025 hours per hour worked (Includes Union and State Accrual Rates)
