Overview

Central Kitchen Helper Clerks perform basic food preparation, packaging and labeling of Commissary items. They label, assemble and check invoices for outgoing commissary orders.

• Labels, assembles and checks invoices for outgoing central kitchen orders
• Production duties including, but not limited to portioning and packaging product, assembling pizzas and pucking cookies
• Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Follows department merchandising standards and procedures
• Provides excellent, professional customer service when needed

• Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Ability to work independently and be accountable to the commissary team
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Basic math skills for measurement and packaging functions
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis
• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Additional $1.25 Night Differential when applicable.
