Team Manager

Flynn Panera, a Panera Bread franchisee owned by Flynn Group, is hiring a Team Manager to lead daily operations and staff for our upscale cafés.

$19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Flynn Group entered the Panera system in 2015 with the acquisition of 47 cafés. Since then we have more than tripled in size to become the 2nd largest Panera franchisee in the world. We operate a decentralized business model, where each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. General Managers (our chief café managers) are supported by Assistant Managers and Team Managers, who oversee daily operations and staff.

• Serve as a role model and lead the team.
• Ensure that team members deliver excellent customer service.
• Own the business performance of the restaurant.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts for a consistent positive customer experience.
• Coordinate entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
• Assist specialists within the bakery‑café, ensuring team members are properly trained.
• Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines and cultural values.
• Promote and embody Flynn Panera’s Values and Beliefs.

• At least 1–2 years of hospitality experience.
• Food Management certifications preferred.
• Strong "Run it Like You Own It" mentality.
• Excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills.
• Proven track record of leadership.
• Passion, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Team Manager Compensation Range: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour, plus tips.

• Stand and move for up to 10 hours.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and write to facilitate communication.
• Finger and hand dexterity for small tools.
