Edmonds Endoscopy Center has an opening for a full‑time Clinical Director
.

At Edmonds Endoscopy Center, we offer our patients complete care of the digestive system, including evaluation to treatment and endoscopy procedures.

What You Will Do (Job Summary)

The Clinical Director is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. The role identifies cost‑effective systems needed to support the business of the department, taking into account business trends, resource availability, and changes in customers. The Clinical Director establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The role identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.

The Clinical Director works with leadership to meet facility goals and oversees all clinical aspects of Endoscopy procedures, including Pre‑op/PACU/PAT, endoscopic procedures, and assists where necessary.

Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday work schedule
  • No call required
  • No nights, no weekends, no holiday work hours
  • Pay Range: $128,856 - $161,075 annually, depending on experience

Required Skills & Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
  • RN license and able to practice in WA.
  • Experience in pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care.
  • Two (2) years of nursing management experience.
  • BLS & ACLS certification required.
