We are seeking a Patient Concierge who is passionate about patient experience and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced healthcare environment.

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule routine, follow‑up, and specialty appointments as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact, responding to patient and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and communicating delays or updates.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills during challenging patient interactions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Support a positive, efficient front‑office experience in a team‑based environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of general office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
