The Position

Our Exercise Specialists are integral to the company. They assist patients with exercise plans and modalities, establish and maintain relationships, and drive the patient experience. This is ideal for someone who has completed an undergraduate degree and wants clinical exposure prior to applying or attending PT/OT school or other medical programs. With 35+ locations, we connect our exercise specialists globally and regionally for development and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
  • Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged standing
  • Ability to transfer patients with proper body mechanics while maintaining safety
  • Required to work at an IRG facility and have reliable transportation to/from work site
  • Potential exposure to viruses, disease, and infections from patients
  • Ability to perform custodial duties using medical-grade cleaning products (e.g., bathrooms, laundry, disinfection of equipment)
  • Prolonged use of a computer and keyboard for data entry
  • Work schedule based on the needs of IRG
Pay & Benefits Information
  • Base salary: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience and location
