Manager Nursing - Cardiac Telemetry

Overview

The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Edmond's mission, vision, and values.

• Provide leadership and overall management of a nursing unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Ensure clinical and operational activities align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

• Bachelor's Degree - BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
• Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse.

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 1 year of First line management experience.
