All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

1YR EXPERIENCE

PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Cath Lab and IR procedures- 60% Ambulatory, 40% Inpatient

SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
4 Holding, Pre-op and Post op Bays;
Two procedural rooms
Heart Vessel Occlusion/STEMI;
Angio, pacemakers
Interventional
Chest Tube Set-up/Care
Procedure Sedation
Blood/Blood Products Administration
Cardioversion / Defribillation
Cooling / Warming Blanket
CVP, Obtain 12 Lead EKG
Epicardial Pacer Management, LVAD/Impella, Sheath Removal;
EVD, ICP

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
Interventional, Pre/Post, Procedural
Circulate, Scrub, Record;
Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Neuro, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary

Required:

Cath Lab, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement, Ultrasound, CT, Angio

CERTS: ACLS & BCLS required

SKILLS:

Conscious Sedation & IV Start required
Staffing Ratios- 1:1
