This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Client Service Associate located in Edmonds, WA. The Senior Client Service Associate will support the firm's wealth management and financial advisory activities by coordinating client relationships, preparing financial reports, and assisting with operations. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing account documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing administrative support to financial advisors.
The person will be forward-thinking with an eye for process improvement.
- Direct interaction with clients – answering questions, setting meetings, preparing materials and supporting team members
- Direct interaction with service providers (e.g. Advyzon, Schwab) representing clients of Pacific Sage Partners
- Monitoring and processing of daily money movement
- Monitoring daily incoming and outgoing assets, movement in client accounts and reporting notable activity to the advisors
- Managing client information; preparing client reports, submitting, following up on necessary paperwork, and updating CRM records
- Preparing financial advising reports for advisors
- Onboarding and client service maintenance of all administrative duties relating to client accounts with evolving participation in additional client meetings
- Paperwork to open, maintain and close accounts with various custodians
- Compliance activities associated with your role in establishing and maintaining client relationships
- Developing expertise in Pacific Sage Partners’ technology and software tools and platforms
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or similar position serving clients
- Experience in financial planning, investment operations, and account management a plus
- Experience and education in business, finance, and/or accounting is a plus
- Very organized with attention to detail and the ability to support multiple advisors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
- Effective communicator and great listener
- Possess high standards and strong ethics; dedicated to maintaining discretion and confidentiality of client data and firm information
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated and compliance focused environment
- Tech savvy, with the proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software
