Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Two and a half weekdays in the clinic (20 hours per week) + one 24-hour in-house call shift per week.
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient, Inpatient
• Types of Cases:
  General Obstetrics and Gynecology procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Must be Board Certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Must have Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
