Videographer

We’re a video-first marketing agency that helps small businesses share their story through consistent, strategic content, and we’re on the hunt for a reliable and talented Videographer + Editor who is strong in both production and post-production. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creative work, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and wants to be part of a growing team building a repeatable system for client success.

This position will begin part‑time with the opportunity to move into a full‑time role as we grow.

As our Videographer + Editor, you’ll lead client video shoots, capture high‑quality footage and audio, and turn that content into short‑form and long‑form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In. You’ll keep projects moving through a clean content pipeline, stay organized with files and timelines, and work closely with our team to make sure every piece of content is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with the client’s goals.

• Videography experience with a portfolio of work (must include examples you shot)
• Video editing experience with a portfolio of work (must include examples you edited)
• Comfortable filming business owners and clients on‑site
• Strong attention to detail with audio, lighting, framing, and pacing
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong organizational skills with file management, deadlines, and workflows
• Reliable transportation for in‑person shoots in the Edmonds and Greater Seattle area

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills
• A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to take initiative
• Experience working with small business clients and presenting professionally on‑site
• Ability to follow a shoot plan while also capturing natural moments and strong B‑roll
• A passion for telling the stories of small businesses and helping them grow
• Bonus: basic motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, or content repurposing experience
• Bonus:
  Website development experience (this is not a requirement)
