Creative Developer; Video + Web

Passionate about using digital mediums to tell stories? Looking to take your videography, video editing, and web development skills to the next level? If you could spend your day shooting, editing, and building on the web, you’ll probably love this role.

We’re a video-first marketing agency that helps small businesses share their story through consistent, strategic content, and we’re on the hunt for a reliable and talented Creative Developer who is strong in both video production and web development. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both creative work and execution and wants to be part of a growing team building a repeatable system for client success.

As our Creative Developer, you’ll lead client video shoots, handle post-production editing, and keep projects moving through a clean content pipeline. You’ll also support website projects on a regular basis including updates, client support requests, troubleshooting, and lightweight maintenance tasks for Shopify and Word Press.

You’ll work closely with our team to make sure the content we create is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with each client’s goals, and that the websites we support stay reliable, fast, and up to date.

• Videography experience with a portfolio of work (must include examples you shot)
• Video editing experience with a portfolio of work (must include examples you edited)
• Comfortable filming business owners and clients on-site
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with Shopify and/or Word Press updates and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with file management, deadlines, and workflows
• Reliable transportation for in-person shoots in the Edmonds and Greater Seattle area

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative
• Experience working with small business clients and presenting professionally on-site
• Attention to detail with audio, lighting, framing, exporting, and quality control
• A passion for telling the stories of small businesses and helping them grow
