Inbound Sales Associate

This is a remote, contract to hire role for an Inbound Sales Associate. The Inbound Sales Associate will handle incoming sales inquiries, identify client needs, and guide potential clients through the decision-making process, ultimately getting them to book a call with account executive. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, nurturing relationships, and maintaining effective communication to ensure excellent customer experiences. Once again, main responsibility is getting them to book the discovery call + attend with the account executive.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
• Customer relationship management skills and a track record of providing exceptional client experiences.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and maintain documentation effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Background in creative industries is a plus.
