Retail Manager

Overview

The Retail Manager at Where Ya Bin is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at a Where Ya Bin location. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and accountability to company standards.

• Drive store success by leading day-to-day operations by ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed.
• Maintain professional presence on the sales floor while actively supporting staff and customers.
• Ensure all bins are properly flipped, cleaned, stocked and staged according to company standards.
• Create schedules, approve timesheets, and upload hours worked for payroll.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Complete all reporting requirements.
• Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
• Proactively identify and report facility maintenance or repairs needed.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Ensure all required marketing deliverables are completed and submitted on time each week.
• Ability to adapt quickly, think on their feet, and communicate effectively with their team.

• Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules, labor budgets, and payroll accurately.
• Comfortable working a hands-on, physically active role on the sales floor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.
• Willingness to work required hours, including Fridays, Thursdays, and weekends.
• Proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce policies, and uphold company standards.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt and manage a fast-paced work environment.
