The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate supports the freezer, cooler, and deli areas by stocking, maintaining product quality, and providing member service. This role emphasizes safe handling, sanitation, and accurate merchandising to keep shelves stocked and ready for our members.

• Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Follow Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, applying Cold Chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the area, and reporting issues to Management.
• Ensure high-quality products are available for Members and maintain temperature control, expiration dates, and disposal of lesser-quality food products.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and the ability to adapt to change and solve problems
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
