Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) s role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, compelling visual merchandising, and knowledgeable assistance on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. The position is part-time and may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying informed on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and adhere to visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms, guest service, and sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Effective communication; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Accurate cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions for duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
