Overview
Position Title: Quality Assurance Technician II – Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Technician II to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, motivated, and capable of making data-based decisions to maintain product integrity.

We strive for low minimum runs, nationwide distribution, and stellar customer care.
Responsibilities- Lab Testing & Analysis:
Weigh cups to verify specifications; measure and document attributes and density using precision instruments; perform leak tests; use microscopes to examine cell formation; analyze test data and make informed quality decisions; comply with lab procedures and specifications to ensure continuous quality of production. - Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately scan and maintain daily quality documentation; prepare and submit quality reports as required. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality; collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Experience in quality control (QMS) or laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 22000, GMP, HACCP standards.
- Ability to calibrate and utilize standard laboratory equipment (scales, calipers, microscopes, measurement tools).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
