This position is located in Edmond/North OKC
6:00am- 2:30pm
Monday-Friday
Some extended hours or weekend OT as needed based on business needs
Pay $19-$23 DOE
The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that the quality of our finished and packaged products are within specific AQL’s and meet regulatory requirements. This hands‑on position requires collaboration across departments, technical expertise in inspection process, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. The QA Associate will oversee inspection of minted and packaged products to maintain the highest standards in the precious metals industry.
Dayin the Life of a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate
- Assist in the investigation, reporting, and resolution of major deviations
- Assist in implementation of CAPAs
- Write/Revision of documents as assigned
- Review and approval of material on finished products
- Review and approval of incoming materials
- Review and approval of certificates of analysis
- Assist in creating/following AQLs
- Provide real‑time training on quality limits with manufacturing personnel
- All other duties assigned by the leadership team

- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering Field) with 0-1 years of experience in QA
- Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in QA
- High school/GED with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in QA
- Knowledge of Quality Standards such as ISO 9001.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience conducting investigations, performing non-conformities’ and CAPAs.
- Experience with process documentation and record keeping is a must.
