Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner; Primary & Urgent Care

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or APRNs with at least 1 year of primary or urgent care experience and current BLS certification to join our team in various clinic locations, including Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, Okmulgee, and soon Sapulpa.

• Full-time and part-time roles available, with at least every other Saturday required.
• Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Work in a motivated, patient-centered, and team-oriented environment using Experity EMR.
• No remote work; in-person position offering competitive salary ($120K-$140K), benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
