We are looking for a hardworking, dependable person with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support the Paper Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This is a first shift position with hours from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional over‑time. No weekends. Full‑time position with excellent benefits.

• Trailer movement—safely move trailers to and from loading docks, staging areas and parking spots within the yard
• Forklift operation—operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trailers, trucks and storage areas
• Inventory management—assist with inventory control by accurately recording material movements and ensuring proper storage
• Safety compliance—adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Equipment maintenance—perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Collaboration—work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to coordinate yard and warehouse activities

• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must have at least 1 year of yard jockey and warehouse experience
• Must have at least 2 years of sit‑down forklift, spotter truck, manual pallet jack, and auto pallet jack experience
• Must be able to drive a yard dog and back 53’ trailers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to climb in and out of trailers safely
• Forklift certification a plus
