This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Edmond, OK. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate teams across departments, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, fostering relationships with staff and customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees towards organizational goals.
• Experience in business operations, including budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Customer service and relationship management skills to ensure a positive client experience and maintain customer loyalty.
• Knowledge of equipment or agricultural industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using business software and technology for operations, reporting, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
