Job Opportunity
We are looking for a positive, energetic General Manager to join Braum’s. The position offers a competitive compensation package, a top‑line bonus program, and advancement opportunities. The first 12 weeks of the bonus program guarantees a maximum level, and the bonus is paid bi‑weekly.
Shift: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Annual Compensation: $83,500 – $87,500.
General Manager ResponsibilitiesBraum’s leaders execute the company’s brand strategy, promote the vision, mission and values, and deliver exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales. The General Manager oversees the daily operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales, monitors inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment and ensures safety and cleanliness.
The role implements store policies and practices, teaches, coaches and leads the store crew, and achieves unit goals. The General Manager maintains an enhanced customer‑centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality.
Work Schedule:
rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.
Reports to:
District Manager.
- 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
- Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Customer focus and high integrity.
- Positive approach to training and developing all levels of store team.
- Build a successful team and foster an environment of trust.
- Adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
- Effective communication with leadership team members.
- Identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance.
- Follow‑up discipline and follow‑through.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and follows practices/procedures.
- Review, understand and analyze reporting results.
