We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Specialist to educate and guide customers in selecting the best insurance policies for their needs. • Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies.
• Assist customers in choosing appropriate insurance policies.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
• Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Address customer concerns regarding policies.
• Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with assignments and attendance.

• Wired Ethernet connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Two 21" monitors.
• Own headset (models to be recommended during interview).
