Role Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position at our Edmond, OK location. The BCBA will conduct individualized behavioral assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Additional responsibilities include data analysis, collaboration with families and care teams, and training caregivers to support treatment goals effectively. The role requires maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven treatment decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervisory experience and skills to mentor and guide RBTs effectively
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation
  • Dedication to ethical practices and continued professional development
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children, especially in pediatric therapy or special education settings
