A pediatric therapy practice is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position in Edmond, OK. In this role, you will conduct individualized behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, while also supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success, as you will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals.

A Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification are required.
